Who can Check-in online at LAN.com?

Check-in at LAN.com is available for the following passengers:

• Passengers within flights that can be checked-in.
• Passengers with e-tickets (electronic tickets, not printed tickets).

Check-in at LAN.com is NOT available for the following passengers, who must check-in at the airport counter:

• Passengers with infants (under 2 years of age).
• Passengers with pets either in the cabin or the cargo hold.
• Passengers with hearing or visual disabilities.
• Passengers with a baby crib in the cabin.
• Passengers with a piece of luggage that takes up an airplane seat.
• Passengers who need a medical certificate to travel
• Passengers who need  wheelchair assistance
• Unaccompanied deportees.
• Accompanied deportees.
• Unaccompanied minors.
• Airline employees with standby tickets.
