The complete ticket refund process takes between 10 and 15 working

Following this time period, and to ensure that the refund has been
accredited to your credit card, ask your bank executive for an updated
account statement.
You can also verify the refund on your next credit card account
statement. However, the refund often takes place after the credit
card's billing date. As a result, the refund might not appear on your
account statement. If this happens, consult with your executive to ensure
that the refund has been accredited to your account.
