Would you like to enjoy incredible benefits every time you fly?

Since January, LANPASS has featured a new way to qualify for Premium Silver and Comodoro (“Commodore”) status, specially conceived to reward members who fly Business and First Class.

Now it will be easier to maintain or upgrade your status, allowing you to enjoy exclusive privileges and benefits each time you fly.

Read on to discover the different ways to maintain or upgrade your LANPASS member category, including the new rules for the Premium Silver and Comodoro categories:

Qualifying for Premium

You must fulfill one of these requirements between January 1 and December 31 of each year.

  • Fly 30 segments with LAN (with fares that allow for the earning of LANPASS kilometers).

  • Earn 40,000 LANPASS kilometers on flights with LAN or any oneworld member airline (with a minimum of four segments flown with LAN), and kilometer bonuses accumulated on LAN Business and First Class flights.


Qualifying for Premium Silver

You must fulfill one of these requirements between January 1 and December 31 of each year.

  • Fly 60 segments with LAN (with fares that allow for the earning of LANPASS kilometers).

  • Earn 80,000 LANPASS kilometers on flights with LAN or any oneworld member airline (with a minimum of four segments flown with LAN), and with kilometer bonuses accumulated on LAN Business and First Class flights.

  • NEW: earn 40,000 kilometers* with a minimum of two round-trip LAN flights** (Medium and Long Haul) in Business or First Class.

Qualifying for Comodoro

You must fulfill one of these requirements between January 1 and December 31 of each year.

  • Fly 100 segments with LAN (with fares that allow for the earning of LANPASS kilometers).

  • Earn 150,000 LANPASS kilometers on flights with LAN or any oneworld member airline (with a minimum of four segments flown with LAN), and with kilometer bonuses accumulated on LAN Business and First Class flights.

  • NEW: earn 90,000 kilometers* with a minimum of three round-trip LAN flights** (Medium and Long haul) in Business or First Class.

(*) The kilometers must be earned on LAN flights in classes that allow you to earn kilometers, on oneworld airlines (with a minimum of four segments flown with LAN), and via kilometer bonuses on LAN Business and First Class flights

(**) The kilometers resulting from valid Business Class and First Class flights must be earned as follows:

  • Via segments flown with LAN (a flight sold and operated by LAN) – with a paid fare for Business or First Class–, that allow for the earning of LANPASS kilometers.
  • Segments flown on Medium and Long Haul flights. Domestic and Short Haul flights are not valid.
