As a world famous food stylist, Adam Pearson’s job is to “make food look pretty.” In his toolbox you can find: eye droppers, skewers, kitchen torches, museum wax and more. Adam food-styled Gaby’s cookbook, Absolutely Avocados, and has worked on projects with Food Network, Cooking Channel, Crate and Barrel, Whole Foods and Food + Wine to name a few. He lives in Los Angeles with his partner, Matt Armendariz, a food photographer with whom he often collaborates. Visit their blog at www.mattbites.com.
Gaby Dalkin is a chef, recipe developer and the mastermind behind www.whatsgabycooking.com. She’s obsessed with avocados and is famous for her slutty brownies. When she’s not in the kitchen, she loves to explore the world, especially South America where there are LOTS of avocados (and pisco sours). Gaby considers yoga pants to be the best uniform, yet she recognizes that throwing on red lip stick and heels is also fun. Oh, and she’s best friends with Matt Armendariz.
