Tips: Before your trip, check to see if there are any LANPASS-affiliated hotels in the city to which you are traveling.
Always keep your proof of payment and hotel vouchers and remember to verify that your kilometers have been added to your LANPASS Account Statement.

The number of kilometers earned depends on the hotel. Choose your destination and check how many LANPASS kilometers you can earn.

How to register your kilometers on your LANPASS account:

To earn LANPASS kilometers you must choose LANPASS as your preferred earning program and provide your member number at the hotel counter when checking in or when making your reservation.

If you wish to make reservations at a LANPASS-affiliated hotel, contact the LANPASS Call Center or one of our sales offices.

Terms and conditions

A stay is defined as all consecutive nights spent at the same hotel.
Kilometer earnings per dollar spent apply to certain eligible expenses. For more details regarding kilometer earnings per dollar spent inquire directly at the selected establishment.
Kilometers will be accreditted to only one LANPASS member per room and the equivalent of one room per stay.
To earn kilometers after your stay, you must inform us of your room number.
The kilometer earnings apply to certain eligible fares. Certain associated hotels and certain fares as promotional fares, tourism industry or airlines fares do not earn LANPASS kilometers. For more details inquire directly at the hotel.
The kilometers earned through stays at hotels can be added to your LANPASS account up to 6 months after said stays.
Stays paid through special fares for the tourism industry and airlines will not earn kilometers.
In order to earn kilometers you must indicate your LANPASS member number and select LANPASS as your preferred client loyalty program when you check in.
When choosing LANPASS as your preferred earning program you are choosing to earn kilometers at the LANPASS program excluding earning on other programs. This applies excepting Hilton HHonnors program where you may earn Hilton points along with LANPASS kilometers.
Remember to keep your payment receipt until you receive your LANPASS account statement.
In order to accredit kilometers from stays at InterContinental Hotels Group, Marriott, and Best Western hotels, the LANPASS member must additionally be a member of the hotel's guest loyalty program (Priority Club Rewards, Marriott Rewards Program, and Gold Crown Club, respectively). For terms and conditions inquire directly at the hotel.
Sol Meliá. In cases where the member belongs to the LANPASS program and Sol Meliá´s MaS program simultaneously, the kilometers can only be accreditted to one account, of the member´s choosing. Under no circumstances can the kilometers be accreditted to more than one account.
In order to earn LANPASS kilometers through Starwood, you must belong to their program.
