Restrictions

• Promotion valid through a promotional banner on www.lan.com/lanpass from October 27 to November 30 inclusive.
• Promotion consists of a draw with a prize of 140,000 LANPASS kms.
• Anyone who has joined LANPASS through any English or Spanish version of www.lan.com will be included in the draw.
• To participate, people must join the program through the previously mentioned versions of www.lan.com.
• If the registration process is not completed adequately, it will not be possible for the person to participate in the draw.
• The draw will take place on December 15, 2009 in the presence of a public notary.
• The draw prize cannot be exchanged for money or other goods. The prize will be credited to the winner’s account in the presence of a public notary within 10 days of the draw.
• The winner must be registered in the LANPASS program in order to use the prize. The kms. won through the competition cannot be used to classify for a different LANPASS member category, nor to change from one category to another. The kms. do not have any commercial value either and are non-negotiable and cannot be exchanged for money or any other goods.
• LANPASS rewards are subject to availability on the chosen flight, which will be confirmed when the corresponding reservation is being made. In the same way, the prize of 140,000 kms. does not guarantee travel on specific dates. The prize winner will accept existing availability for the date and destination selected when charged.
• Earned kilometers are valid for 3 calendar years.
• The prize cannot be changed in any way.
