- Inogen One, produced by the Inogen corporation

Travel requirements
Request period
Once his or her travel plans have been confirmed, the passenger must contact a LAN Sales Office at least 48 hours in advance to complete the corresponding procedure.
Required medical certificate (MEDIF)
The passenger must process a MEDIF, which is a document completed by the treating physician and authorized by LAN’s medical area, allowing the passenger to travel. This procedure can be realized at any LAN sales office.

Conditions for passenger boarding
- The passenger must provide the POC and its batteries.
- The passenger must be legally responsible (of legal age) or be traveling with someone who is.
- The passenger must be able to hear the POC alarms, to see the alarm indicator, and to take action in response to these alarms. Failing this, he or she must be traveling with a companion who can.
- The passenger must travel with the quantity of batteries necessary to last the duration of the flight (including stopovers and connections), plus an additional three-hour supplement in case the flight lasts longer than expected.
- The passenger must make sure that the POC and its batteries are in good working condition, undamaged and properly packed to prevent damage or short circuits.
Refusal to let the passenger board for failing to fulfill the travel conditions does not constitute grounds for an exception in the fare regulations for the purchased ticket.
General information
- POCs are accepted on all LAN-operated routes and in all service classes.
- Acceptance of this service is free of charge.
- LAN is not responsible for providing the POC batteries or an energy source during the flight. Nor is it responsible for providing any POC-related equipment or accounting for its state of maintenance.
- Traveling with a POC means that you can’t check in via LAN.com.
- POC transport is in addition to the standard allowed amount of carry-on luggage.
- On codeshare flights, the operator’s policy applies. The passenger is responsible for negotiating the segments not operated by LAN.
Seating
- The POC user cannot be seated in emergency exit rows or in seats located in front of a bulkhead. This is because the device must be stored under the seat in front of the passenger for safety reasons.
- If the POC user is traveling in Business Class, for safety reasons he or she must be seated in the last row of the cabin in order to ensure proper storage
