Incubators

This service is available for those newborn infants who, due to health problems, require the use of an incubator during the flight.

In order to use this service, you must present Medical Certification. Also, the infant must be traveling with a qualified companion (doctor, nurse or midwife) who will attend to his or her medical needs.

The cost of this service is equal to four Full Flexible (one-way) fares, which correspond to the transportation of the incubator, the infant and the companion, as well as the blocking of seats required for the installation of the incubator.

The coordination of the return of the empty incubator to the city of origin is the responsibility of the passenger or health institution soliciting the service. It must be coordinated within the first five days following the arrival. This service is provided by LANCARGO.

The incubator service must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the flight's departure - except on Domestic flights within Peru, which require 24 hours prior notice - via our Call Center or at any LAN sales office.
