Connections and Customs

 

All of our flights to and from Toronto are serviced out from "Pearson International Airport", Terminal 3.

Whether you're traveling for business or leisure you can begin your journey as enjoyable and stress-free as possible by checking-in on time at the airport.

It has been established that due to the increase in security procedures, you must be at the airport at least 3 hours in advance to departure time.



Connections

Minimum Connection Times: In order to avoid missing your connecting flight, there are minimum connection times allowed. Flights without adequate connection time cannot be booked.

Connections in New York: All flight operated by LAN Airlines departing to and from Toronto have a stop in New York ; therefore passengers must have a valid Visa in order to enter U.S. For more information, we recommend you contact your local U.S. consulate.

Procedures: From the moment you arrive at the airport to the time you get to the departure gate, signs marked with "Connecting Flights" lead the way and direct you to the correct terminal for your connecting flight.


Customs and Baggage

From Canada to USA: US Custom clearance is completed in Toronto.

From Canada to South America: US Custom clearance is completed in Toronto; baggage goes directly to South America.

From South America to Canada: US Custom clearance is completed in New York; baggage is tagged directly to Toronto. Upon arrival in Canada , CA Custom clearance is completed in Toronto.
