How to check your baggage

When your turn your baggage over at the counter, it will be affixed with a tag indicating your name, flight number(s), and the cities on your itinerary. If you happen to change your flight schedule, please notify the agent before checking your baggage.

You will receive a numbered receipt for each piece of luggage you check. Make sure that the number of receipts you are given corresponds to the number of bags checked. It is very important that you keep any and all receipts until you conclude your trip. The receipts allow you to identify your baggage after landing and claim it in accordance with policy.
