It can only be arranged via Sales Offices and the Call Center. The service is not available via LAN.com.

- Airbus A-320, A-319, A-318 aircraft: a maximum of two UM per aircraft.
The adult responsible for the child traveling as an Unaccompanied Minor must fill out the Minor Transport Form, which will be provided at the airport at the check-in counter.
Recommendations and suggestions

- Carry-on luggage: label the carry-on luggage with relevant contact information.
IMPORTANT: only pack what is indispensable for the trip, and try to avoid including objects of value that may get lost (laptops, cameras, video games, etc.) as LAN shall not be held responsible for the loss of such objects.
- When checking in at the airport: arrive at the Check-in counter in advance to make the necessary arrangements for the service, complete the Minor Transport Form (which will be provided when you check in) and wait at the airport for at least 20 minutes after the plane carrying the UM takes off.
- Form information: provide all the required information for the minor and for the person who will receive the minor in the city of destination.
