LAN and TAM Magazines are Awarded Best Airline Publications at the Content Marketing Awards
Santiago, Chile, September 9, 2013. - With another recognition that distinguishes the excellence offered on board, LAN’s monthly In magazine, focusing on travel and lifestyle, and TAM Airlines’ TAM Nas Nuvens monthly magazine, focusing on tourism and business, were recognized as the best airline publications by the Content Marketing Awards.
IN magazine, which is present on all LAN flights in both Spanish and English, was awarded Gold for Best Airline Publication, while TAM Nas Nuvens magazine, published in Portuguese and English and distributed on all TAM flights, was awarded Silver in the same category and also received an honorable mention in All Star Winners.
The magazines were evaluated based on elements, such as: information value, quality of writing, printing, use of images, typography and consistency of color palette and style. In addition, the judges took into account the level of entertainment they offer.
"This award makes us proud and reflects our effort to offer a high quality product to our passengers", said Paula Duran, LATAM Airlines Group Senior Manager of Inflight Entertainment and On Board Media.
In magazine, available on all LAN flights in Spanish and English, was awarded the gold, while TAM Nas Nuvens magazine, published in Portuguese and English and offered on all TAM flights, was awarded silver.

The Content Marketing Awards also recognized the work of major companies in other industries such as Google, Microsoft and The Walt Disney Company, among others.
