    Every time you fly on LAN, TAM, oneworld alliance airlines or associated airlines, you earn KMS.

    Let us explain when you will start to earn:

    You only have to input your LANPASS member number when you reserve or purchase your flight.


    You can also do so when you Check-in for your flight or at the LAN, TAM, oneworld or associated airline counter.

    You can also input your member number after flying to earn pending KMS.

     

    When you fly, what you earn depends on:

To know how much you will earn, review the earning percentages at LAN, TAM, oneworld or associated airlines. If you want to know the amount of KMS you would earn for each route, check the distances table.

    Ícono Check in Preferente For your member category. When you are an Elite LANPASS member, you receive an additional KMS bonus.

    • Are you a Premium category member? Get an additional 25% of KMS.
    • Are you a Premium Silver, Comodoro or Black category member? Get an additional 100% of KMS.

     

    If you need help earning KMS, call our Contact Center. This service has a cost of 1,000 LANPASS KMS. Comodoro Black, Comodoro and Premium Silver members are exempt from this fee.

    Note: You will always earn a minimum base distance of: 800 KMS in Chile, Argentina, Peru and Colombia; 600 KMS in Ecuador, on each leg of your trip.
    Example: The flying distance from Bogota– Medellin is 233 KMS, which means that for this and all other flights within Colombia, you will receive a minimum of 800 KMS. On Base Plus (LE), Flexible (FX) y Full Flexible (FF) fares, you will earn 100%, in other words, 800 LANPASS KMS, while with the Base (SP) fare, you will earn 25%, in other words, 200 LANPASS KMS.

     

    Do you have any questions?

    For example: The distance of the flight from Santiago - Madrid is 10,710 KMS. If you buy your trip with the Flexible (FX) fare, you will accumulate 100% of the KMS you flew, in other words, 10,710 LANPASS KMS. If you are also a Premium member, you will earn 25% more. In this case we would add 13,387 LANPASS KMS to your account.
