LAN has established quality control policies defined in the OISA Standards for ensuring the quality of products used in on-board service, in addition to control by our quality assurance area, which is responsible for correct assessment and selection of our suppliers. The latter procedure, to which all domestic and global companies wishing to offer products to the company are subject, takes into account the technical variables required for the goods or services, the commercial and labor record and the reputation of the supplier, its financial and tax situation, its reliability ranking in the market and its proven efficiency.
