Blind and Deaf Passengers

Passengers with permanent visual or auditory impairments are allowed to travel with a helper animal at no additional cost and without the animal being considered as part of their baggage allowance.

The helper animal must have an official badge identifying it as such, as well as the relevant sanitary documentation for the destination and any countries passed through in transit.

Only dogs wearing a muzzle are accepted and they may travel in the cabin with the passenger.

If the passenger is traveling with another person, they may opt to take the animal into the cabin or put it in the hold. See Transportation of Pets and Animals.
