Problems with your baggage
We hope you never need the information on this page, but, in the unlikely case you do, you’ll find everything you need to know here, should you have any problems with your baggage when you get to your destination.
It is very important to highlight that, for any type of complaint, you must formalize your case n the baggage reclaim area before you leave the airport.

Delayed baggage
If your baggage doesn’t arrive at the reclaim area assigned to your flight, please follow these steps:
- Contact LAN personnel in the baggage reclaim area before leaving the airport.
- Formalize your complaint presenting your passport or ID, boarding pass and luggage receipt.
- Once your case has been registered, you can trace your luggage online. Enter the case number you were given when you formalized the complaint, as well as your nam.
- For any other type of query, go to the following form and we’ll reply as soon as we can.
Remember that your complaint will only be valid if you register it before you leave the baggage reclaim area.
What happens next?
