How to earn kms by flying LAN

• At the counter:

Provide your member number at the counter upon Check-in and ask that your kms be added to your LANPASS account. This process is valid when travelling on LAN or on any LANPASS associated airlines. Your member number will be printed on your Boarding Pass stub with an LA code indicating your earned LANPASS km.

• Upon making a reservation or purchasing a ticket:

Provide your member number and request kms when purchasing on LAN.com when entering the passenger name.

• After flying:

If you forget to provide your LANPASS member number at the check-in counter or when purchasing your ticket, you may request that your kilometers be accredited by contacting the Call Center LANPASS or through any LAN offices.

Check details:

• How many kilometers will I earn with each LAN flight?.
• If you fly with oneworld or associated airlines.
• Distance traveled in kms. on LAN routes.
