Redeem your LANPASS km in Premium Economy class with British Airways and Qantas
From April 1st, 2010, you'll be able to use your LANPASS km to redeem reward tickets in Premium Economy class with British Airways and Qantas on those international flights that have Premium Economy Cabin. Check the redemption table from this date onwards to find out how many km you need to redeem your reward. You can redeem these rewards at LAN offices or through the LANPASS Call Center.
LANPASS reward and refund charges will be modified

From March 14th, 2010, TAM will make changes in all the classes valid for earning LANPASS km, although this won't affect the percentages you can earn in each service class. Check the accumulation table from this date onwards. See more

Changes in Earning Kilometers on TAM Flights
Starting February 15, 2011, first class TAM flights between South American cities will allow you to earn LANPASS kilometers This cabin is available on some flights between Santiago and Sao Paulo and between Buenos Aires and Sao Paulo. Check the earnings chart on TAM flights as of that date.
Earning Kilometers on Jetstar Flights, a Qantas Affiliate
Starting February 1st, 2011, flights marketed by Qantas (code QF) and operated by its affiliate Jetstar (JQ) will be part of oneworld's rate products and will allow LANPASS members to earn kilometers when purchasing tickets to fly as of this date in L class, a class which earns 100% of the distance flown.
A new airline joins oneworld, the S7 Airlines from Russia
As of November 15, 2010, S7 Airlines, the leading domestic passenger transportation airline within Russia has now joined oneworld. This is good news for LANPASS members as you will be able to accumulate LANPASS km on all their flights (valid to qualify for elite categories on LANPASS), redeem prizes and enjoy the benefits of oneworld for all elite members. Check the flight accumulation table for S7 flights as of November 15, 2010.
Changes that apply to earning kilometers on Japan Airlines flights
As of June 1, 2010 earning LANPASS kilometers on Japan Airlines International Flights will undergo the following changes: Class I will ear 70% of the flown kilometers, Class X, 125% and Class Q, 50%. As of the date provided, please check the kilometer earning table.
Changes in the accumulation and redemption of LANPASS km on TAM flights
From January 1st, 2010, LANPASS km will only be earned and redeemed for TAM flights whose departure and destination cities are within South America. This means that TAM flights to and from Europe and to and from North America will no longer earn LANPASS km, nor will it be possible to redeem these flights with LANPASS kilometers.
