Earn LANPASS kilometers!
Cathay Pacific is commemorating its 20 year service flying between the USA and Hong Kong and will award you with a bonus of up to 20.000 LANPASS km.
If you’re traveling roundtrip to Hong Kong from South America to North America on LAN Airlines and/or its affiliated companies* and from Los Angeles, New York or San Francisco to Hong Kong on Cathay Pacific* you will earn a 10.000 LANPASS kms. bonus if you travel Business or 20.000 kms. if you travel First Class.

Terms and conditions:
- Earn a 20.000 LANPASS km. bonus if you travel First Class on Cathay Pacific and 10.000, if you travel Business Class on Cathay Pacific.
- To earn the bonus, you must comply with the following conditions: Your flight must begin in any South American airport to Hong Kong via Los Angeles, New York or San Francisco, where the main journey from South America to North America is operated and marketed by LAN AIRLINES S.A. and/or its affiliated companies and the journey from Los Angeles, New York or San Francisco to Hong-Kong must be operated and marketed by Cathay Pacific.
- The Cathay Pacific flight must be roundtrip to Hong Kong and the Lan Airlines flight and/or its affiliated companies, must be a roundtrip ticket from Los Angeles or New York or San Francisco to South America.
- The roundtrip journey must fall between June 15, 2010 and August 15, 2010, inclusive.
- If the outbound journey is on a different class than that of the return, bonuses will be credited to the lower class. For example, if you travel First Class on your outbound flight and return on Business on your inbound trip, your bonus will be 10.000 km.
- This bonus only applies to tickets sold for Cathay Pacific First Class and Business Class passengers and does not apply to award tickets, or tickets issued with reduced fares in the tourism industry, governmental discounts, free tickets or any other type of ticket with a published fee.
- Bonus applicable only for LANPASS members enrolled into LANPASS program before June 15, 2010.
- Bonus kilometers are not counted to qualify for elite LANPASS categories.
- To make sure your kilometers are automatically credited to your LANPASS account, you should provide your member number upon reserving your flight.
- The bonus will be credited the following month after the journey has taken place.
