LAN Airlines announces filing of 2009 annual report on form 20-F
Santiago, Chile, 29th June, 2010.
LAN Airlines S.A. and its subsidiaries (“LAN” or “the Company”) (NYSE: LFL / IPSA: LAN), one of the leading airlines in Latin America, announced today that the Company has filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2009 (the “2009 Annual Report”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).
The 2009 Annual Report can be accessed by visiting either the SEC’s website at www.sec.gov or LAN’s website at www.lan.com. In addition, shareholders may receive a hard copy of the Company’s complete audited financial statements free of charge by requesting a copy within a reasonable period of time from LAN’s Investor Relations Office.
