Wines

Brut Soverain - Champagne Henriot
Reims, Francia

Brut Champagne elaborated with the classical grape varieties of Champagne, the Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and the white Chardonnay grape. A strass yellow color and a classic slightly nutty bouquet, are present. Its taste is dry and harmonious leaving a pleasant aftertaste. Ideal as an aperitif, enhances fish and seafood.

Late Bottled Vintage 1997

This port has a brilliant red garnet color, with a bouquet of spices, toffee, dried fruits and chocolate. To the mouth it is sumptuous, intense, rich and spicy, very complex and with a long aftertaste. Ideally to serve with mature and blue cheeses.

Viña Litoral
Ventolera, Sauvignon Blanc, 2006

This Sauvignon Blanc is fresh and very crisp, with gooseberry notes, grapefruit, white peach and wild herbs. To the palate it is delicate, with mineral hints, of great harmony in taste. Once again the enological genius of Ignacio Recabarren achieves the rescue of sublimity of this vinestock in this perfect habitat.

Enjoy with seafood, fish, arugula salads and goat cheese.

Montes Alpha, Chardonnay 2005 - Valle de Casablanca

This Chardonnay presents an attractive straw yellow colour with edges of green. Its aroma is intense and complex, with notes of refined tropical fruits, very well integrated with shades of cream and butter and citric tones.

To the mouth it is fruity, with excellent balance, a good structure and long aftertaste.

Excellent with salmon, sea bass, albacore and white meals such as poultry and turkey.

Antu Ninquén, Cabernet Sauvignon 2004
Valle de Colchagua

This magnificent exponent of the Cabernet Sauvignon vinestock, has a red garnet colour with violet tones. Its bouquet is complex, and it goes from the fruitiness of dark cherries and plums to notes of tobacco, vanilla and cedar. In mouth it is structured, with ample body, with notes of toasted and black berries with a very long atftertaste.

Ideal with game, boar, hare, and red meats such as chuck loin.

B. Crux, Ensamblaje 2003 - Valle de Uco, Mendoza

The Fournier wine cellar produces this excellent assemblage of noble varieties such as Malbec, Tempranillo, Merlot and Syrah, with the result of a wine od dark, profound violet colour. Its bouquet is floral (violet) with fruits reminding of dark plums, with very fine tannins, excellent volume and great harmony of taste with a long aftertaste.

Enjoy it with red meats, Magelan lamb, chuck loin and mature cheeses.

Don, Ensamblaje 2003 - Valle de Colchagua

DON (means of noble origin) is elaborated mainly with Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented with Merlot and Carmenére vinestocks. It is cradled for one year in French casks.

It presents an intense dark cherry red colour and its bouquet is distinguished by its frutal notes that evoque myrtle, blackberries and spices, over a delicate vanilla background.

To the mouth it has a great structure and concentration, with a long aftertaste. Accompanies delightfully red meats, lamb, game and mature cheeses.
