Accumulation at LAN

To find out how many kilometers you earn per flight, follow these steps:

Step 1: Find out the distance in kilometers between your departure and arrival cities. If flying on a route with a connection, check the distance for each separate leg. Table of distances.

Step 2: Find out what percentage of the real distance flown can be earned, depending on the rate paid and the type of route, in the following tables.

Important: For flights with connections, in other words with a change of plane, the total amount of kilometers earned is the sum of each leg flown, as per the applicable percentage of the rate type purchased, according to the tables below.

For example:
Buenos Aires – New York flight, with a change of plane in Lima, purchased according to the Base rate (CK or SP). Since the flight was purchased at the Base rate:
25% of available kilometers are earned on the Buenos Aires – Lima leg (a leg lasting less than 7 hours): 788 kms. (25% of 3,151 kilometers).
100% on the Lima – New York leg (a leg lasting more than 7 hours): 5,861 kms. (100% of the 5,861 kilometers).
In total, 6,649 kms. are earned.
