Problems with your baggage
Next, you’ll find all the information you need about what to do if you have a problem with your baggage when you get to your destination.
Complaints are valid as long as they have been formalized in the baggage reclaim area before leaving the airport.
If, when you get your luggage back at the airport, it’s damaged, please follow these steps:Contact LAN personnel in the baggage reclaim area before leaving the airportFormalize your complaint presenting your passport or ID, boarding pass and luggage receipt.
If you’ve already left the airport, go to our luggage service counter to register your complaint. This must be done within 7 days of your flight’s arrival date.
