Web Pre Check-in is a simple process that allows you to choose your seat from the comfort of your home or office, bypass long lines at the ticket counter, and head straight to the express Check-in counter when traveling on international flights from North America to South America or viceversa. 

For your regional flights within South America and domestic flights within Argentina, Chile, Ecuador and Peru, Check-in is available, so don't forget to select your seat and print your boarding pass ahead of time. Pre Check-in and Check-in are available between 48 and 3 hours before a flight's departure.

To be able to change a ticket or get your purchase refunded, you’ll need to cancel your check-in. Just as you did when you checked-in, enter the information required and you’ll be able to cancel your check-in in a few easy steps.

Find your flight

There are 2 ways to find the flight you want to check-in for:
1. By entering the reservation code (for example, YCF2H1) and the passenger’s surname for example, Moreno).
2. By entering an ID number and the passenger’s surname.

Cancel your Check- in

Please bear in mind that:

  • You can only cancel your check-in online 48 to 2 hours before your flight if you checked-in through LAN.com.
  • If you have any problems or questions, don’t hesitate to contact our Call Center.
  • If you want to cancel your flight for good and your ticket allows it, you can ask for a refund through LAN.com, our Call Center or by contacting your sales executive.

Cancelling a group check-in

If you’re the leader of a group, you can cancel your group check-in 48 to 2 hours before the flight leaves if you checked-in at LAN.com.
Please bear in mind that if you want to cancel your flight for good and your ticket allows it, you can ask for a refund through LAN.com, our Call Center or by contacting your sales executive.
