Galapagos - Weather Overview
There are two distinct seasons in the Galápagos Islands. The warm/wet season lasts from January to June - it has short, heavy periods of rain but is usually a sunny time of year. The cool/dry season lasts from July to December and brings colder water temperatures, so remember your wetsuit. There's also misty precipitation, known as garúa, in the highlands.
