    If, when you get your luggage back at the airport, it's damaged, please follow these steps:

    Contact LAN personnel in the baggage reclaim area before leaving the airport
    Formalize your complaint presenting your passport or ID, boarding pass and luggage receipt.
    If you’ve already left the airport, go to our luggage service counter to register your complaint. This must be done within 7 days of your flight’s arrival date.
