• VIP Lounges

With the guest of your choice, you can enjoy more than 600 VIP lounges belonging to LAN and other airlines from the oneworld alliance. This benefit can be used by the membership holder (Emerald or Sapphire) and a guest, as long as both are traveling on flights operated by LAN or by other airlines in the oneworld alliance, regardless of the member's flight class.

New LATAM Airlines Group VIP Lounge at Santiago de Chile

From March 25, you will be able to enjoy the LATAM Group's new VIP Lounge, the largest in South America. The entrance is close to our Priority Check-in at Arturo Merino Benitez Airport, right after passing the international police.
Enjoy a calm and relaxed atmosphere before boarding the aircraft, with consistent and memorable high-quality service along with a world-class design.

    Modern, welcoming and comfortable

Many VIP lounges provide Internet access, a bar, telephones and other amenities. Some have showers and a wide range of business services, including meeting facilities. Access is subject to the lounge's capacity. It is important to point out that access to the VIP lounges is based on:

    VIP Lounges

    Departure flight carrier:

You must depart on the next leg of your trip on the same day, on a flight sold and operated by a member airline of the oneworld alliance. An exception applies in VIP lounges in Santiago; if a flight is sold by LAN and operated by any other airline, not necessarily in the oneworld network, the member will be invited to use the VIP lounge.

    VIP Lounges

    Frequent flyer category:

You must present a current frequent flyer card with Emerald or Sapphire category in the oneworld network.

    Travel class:

You must present an Business Class boarding pass corresponding to the international leg of the trip on that same day. Most of the VIP lounges are owned and operated by an airline in the oneworld network.

In some locations, the VIP lounges may be operated by a third party (a company not affiliated with oneworld), representing the oneworld airlines.

American Airlines and Qantas offer programs that allow their clients to pay to enter their VIP lounges. Those who choose this benefit will not be able to automatically access other oneworld airlines' VIP lounges.
