THE MEMEBERS OF THE LAN SERVICE ALLIANCE AND TAM REACH FREQUENT FLYER PROGRAM AGREEMENT

Santiago , May 12, 2008

Frequent flyers of LANPASS, the LAN Service Alliance carriers’ frequent flyer program, and TAM may now accumulate kilometers and points, respectively, and win awards in flights operated by these carriers. The agreement was reached last year, with the goal of expanding services offered to customers.

LANPASS members may accumulate kilometers and redeem awards in flights operated by TAM. At the same time, frequent flyers of TAM’s program, Fidelidade will also earn points when they travel with the LAN Service Alliance carriers, and can exchange award tickets on all LAN operated flights.

The agreement between the LAN Service Alliance carriers and TAM allows passengers to travel with one single document from the beginning of their trip to the final destination. It also improves flight connections in routes operated by these carriers throughout South America, thereby increasing the options for passengers to fly to numerous destinations in the region.
